1. Check your inbox. Your booking confirmation is the email from me that starts with "Confirmed:". It has your Zoom link, and I'm sending you a short note too. If they aren't there in a few minutes, look in your promotions or spam folder.

2. Reply to my note and tell me the one thing you most want to figure out. I read them, and it tells your inbox my emails are wanted, so your reminders and the join link don't get lost.

Bring a notebook, your questions, and whatever you sell or want to sell. We're going to walk through the whole journey, from a stranger scrolling past you to someone who buys, and what your job is at each step.
